Why is being approachable such a crucial trait for thought leaders

You have to be approachable as a thought leader. We’re not saying you should be soft and squishy, but if you want to be seen as an authority on your subject, you need to be willing to meet people where they are.

You can’t just expect people to come to you; you need to go out and meet them where they are and let them know you care about their concerns and ideas.
